Algae can grow fast and quickly get out of hand if not properly taken care of. If actions are takin fast enough your pool water may be salvageable. With a deep scrubbing and a couple heavy shocking's, your pool may be able to shine once again. We do recommend a filter clean afterwards as algae may be continuing to grow inside your filter and continue to infect your pool.

If not taken care of in a timely manner, an overhaul of your pool water and filter system will be your best bet. This process involves draining the pool and pressure washing the walls, floor, steps, as well as anywhere else algae could be lurking. Cleaning or replacing your filter cartridges will be a must as algae will continue to contaminate your pool once again. Once the pool and filters are scrubbed clean the pool will be re-filled and treated with proper amounts of chemicals to be ready for a fun summer of swimming!
